Hey guys. Can you please next time make a full screen matches so it becomes more visible to watch?
I agree with you. It would be better to watch
I'm not sure I understand. The entire mat is in view and you can expand the video to full screen.

1:23:08 The clock robbed S. Jones of his victory, he had just secured a counter reverse triangle on P. Hood and was going to sub him with it when time ran out. 😬 1:30:50 Best way to "lose" is to have your opponent trapped in your inescapable reverse triangle for the last 30 seconds of the fight. 😬 1:37:43 NICE escape from S. Hegar's triangle. Can't escape her mounted triangle though 😬 3:08:34 L. Dean's move securing that super tight mounted triangle resulting in G. Dragg's tap within 13 seconds is badass. 😎 3:16:00 M. Weatherman gets rolled into M. Reyna's mounted triangle with 2 and a half min left... 3:17:03 ... rolls M. Reyna over on his back only to be rolled into a 2nd mounted triangle 30 sec later... 3:17:39 ... puts him on his back again only to be rolled into a 3rd mounted triangle... lasts to the time limit. ✊ 5:36:10 Great fight 6:27:55 Great fight 8:06:25 Great fight

The Bad Brains shirt is the most important part of this interview.
Coach Matt is my former coach, I had him until he moved away. He was a great coach. Patrick is also one of my best friends since preschool.
If you grab ur ankle unhook ur leg pivot to your right on it back while still holding ur leg and then rehook ur leg u would have gotten it faster remeber u have to arms one fighting something pointless use it to drag his arm diagonally across ur body and don't worry about the one attacking the lapell because he only has one arm
1:20:33 J. Rodriguez was disappointed she had to tap to that triangle-armbar, she was 2 points ahead. 😬 1:48:48 Respect to M. White for surviving J. Boney's punishing guillotine for a min and a half! ✊ 2:10:42 T. Boney gave up too soon, he still had a min and 45 seconds to get out of that triangle 😬😅 3:23:20 Nice escape from that guillotine to get that match ending armbar ✊
40:32 "Wrestle!" Not "Fight!"? 😅 1:33:02 Serious takedown by D. Gray ✌
❤❤❤
30:04 Proof you can be locked in your opponent's guard for the last min and a half of the fight and still win 9-0. 😅 Is it OK to wear glasses during fights? I would think that is not wise... 5:46:32 Ref stopped that a bit early?
3:19:00
Great dialog!! In my honest opinion, I love takedowns but there is a distinct difference between pulling guard and jumping guard. I have no problem with someone pulling guard because it is not falling weight that puts the opponent in risking injury. However, like you stated, jumping guard is dangerous and I believe it should be illegal. In my approach of someone jumping guard on me, I will have zero problem getting down to the mat as quickly as possible by tucking my legs and falling forward. If that is deemed a slam and I get DQ'ed, so be it.
Couldn't agree more, jumping guard will be largely illegal soon, just wondering how many people need to crippled before it happens. If it's an open weight match and a 160 pounder jumps on someone who weighs 220 fine but when athletes are of similar size no way. Nothing against the guard, it may be the most important position in the sport but if someone is so desperate to get to their guard I suggest they may need to round out their game.
Well said I think people Should be well rounded from top to bottom and these changes allow that to happen we just came from your tournament in tri cities,WA and my sons are judokas and placed 3rd in there divisions and lost to some submissions from guard but it ended up in that position not started there and they loved the challenge. So we definitely will be attending more AGF tournaments!!!
Your comment is exactly why these rules don’t make sense. According to AGF, your son’s were in the dominant position and yet, they were submitted from there.
@@haroldw9054 yes they was submitted but the rules make it to where you just can’t pull guard and lay there or for my kids pin and lay there because they also got warnings this time too for them to keep moving on top with a pin and it allowed the person on their back a better chance. I’m not saying pulling guard isnt a weapon because it beat my kids but you shouldnt look for the rules to benefit your chances of winning if your well rounded you should be able to go into any grappling tournament with any rules and be able to compete at a high level . It showed us the holes that my kids have in their game and now they are going to attend bjj classes starting this week to help fill these gaps . So thanks to AGF they brought over more kids to bjj bc we need both top and ground game
@@alexr8906 the rules actually benefit the player in the weaker position. Being able to pass someone’s guard is part of being well rounded. If you’re in someone’s closed guard, you basically have no offensive possibilities. At the same time, the guard player has a wide array of submissions available to him. Why would the top player be rewarded for not being able to pass guard?
@@haroldw9054 plus why would you not want all our kids to be badass on the top and ground we aren’t enemies we all can learn from each other and make all our kids well rounded and ready to represent USA as a strong hold for martial arts you think other countries are just focused on pulling gaurd ? We need to keep up with the times so America doesn’t fall behind and we can represent our country proudly in this sport and I believe that’s what AGF is doing is making it to where our kids have to figure out more ways than one to get that win and I think that’s great I’m not upset my boys lost it was a great experience for them and it gets them used to uncomfortable positions and makes them work harder bc some of them kids are lethal on their back straight assassins so I definitely want my kids to learn that game too!!
@@haroldw9054 I think you reading to far into in sir bc my sons was in guard most Of the tournament and never got a point for just being there they got the 2 points for the takedown and then had to hold it for 3 seconds to get those but while they were in guard, they never got a point for just being there. I’ve seen someone get points for submission attempt on top and actually I seen a bunch of matches where they won from guard because they attacked with submissions, whether triangle or armbar etc.. so I believe it’s all about attacking from whatever position your in top or bottom and if you don’t move you get penalized. And that’s fine for me. Makes it more action and makes the kids think quicker.
Love it!
Love that jump onto the #1 spot on the podium!
❤Good luck ❤
